Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan was seen at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, visiting veteran screenwriter Salim Khan. Salim Khan, who was admitted on February 17, 2026, due to a minimal brain hemorrhage, is currently under medical care. Doctors have clarified that his condition does not necessitate surgery and are monitoring his progress closely.

Salim Khan, known for his iconic screenwriting collaborations, including with Javed Akhtar, has been a key figure in Indian cinema. His partnership with Javed Akhtar produced several blockbuster films that shaped the landscape of Hindi cinema. Khan’s contributions have been pivotal in defining the narrative and character-driven aspects of Bollywood movies.

Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, other personalities like Malaika Arora and Zeeshan Ziauddin Siddique have also visited the hospital to inquire about Salim Khan’s health. Salim Khan’s legacy extends beyond his screenwriting prowess, as he is the father of renowned actors Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Sohail Khan. The industry has recognized his immense contributions to Hindi cinema with prestigious awards over the years.
