Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction) president Sharad Pawar was admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic around 4 pm on Monday. He is being treated by Dr. Abhijeet Lodha, with his family members accompanying him, including his wife, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. A preliminary medical examination has been conducted, showing stable heart rate and oxygen levels, though a slightly elevated respiratory rate.
Sharad Pawar’s condition is reported as stable, with normal oxygen levels and heart rate. Dr. Abhijeet Lodha mentioned that Pawar has experienced fatigue due to recent travel and engagements, leading to chest congestion. He is currently in a private room and does not require oxygen support or a ventilator. Further test results are awaited to determine the next course of action.
Legislator Rohit Pawar shared that Sharad Pawar’s admission was due to physical exhaustion and mild breathing discomfort after a busy schedule. All necessary tests have been conducted, and initial reports are normal. The family is awaiting additional test results to decide whether Pawar will continue treatment in Pune or be shifted to Mumbai.
An appeal has been made to NCP party workers to avoid crowding the hospital area to ensure a smooth environment for all patients, as Ruby Hall Clinic treats numerous individuals daily.
