Tamil actor Ajith Kumar’s mother, Mohini Mani, aged 89, passed away recently after a period of declining health. Ajith, who was in Dubai at the time, rushed back to Chennai upon hearing the news to be with his family. His brother, Anil Kumar, shared the sad news on social media, expressing gratitude for the care provided to their mother by medical professionals.
Ajith’s brother mentioned that their mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and highlighted her kind nature, selfless spirit, and quiet grace. Kamal Haasan and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay offered their condolences to Ajith and his family for their loss. The last rites of Mohini Mani are scheduled to be held at Ajith’s residence in Palavakkam, Chennai.
