Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin recently opened a new Agricultural College and Research Institute near Karaikudi in Sivaganga district. Costing Rs 61.78 crore, the institute is set to enhance agricultural education and services in the region, benefiting students from rural backgrounds. Additionally, a Multi-Purpose Hall within the campus was inaugurated to host various events and activities.
During his visit, Chief Minister Stalin also launched the Government Law College in Karaikudi, aiming to expand legal education accessibility. Furthermore, the inauguration of TIDEL Neo Park is expected to attract IT and startup investments to the district, boosting the local economy and employment opportunities.
Apart from infrastructure projects, the Chief Minister distributed welfare benefits to eligible recipients, emphasizing the government’s commitment to inclusive development. His visit was met with a warm reception by supporters and officials, highlighting the significance of the initiatives for regional progress and economic growth.
