K. Krithivasan, the CEO of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), addressed concerns regarding the Nashik TCS conversion case by outlining steps taken by the company. He clarified that there have been no complaints under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework related to this issue. Additionally, Krithivasan corrected reports that wrongly identified Nida Khan as an HR manager, stating that she was a process associate without recruitment or leadership responsibilities.
The internal investigation into the matter is being led by Aarthi Subramanian, TCS’s President and COO. An Oversight committee, chaired by Independent Director Keki Mistry, has been established to ensure transparency. External experts from Deloitte and law firm Trilegal have been engaged to support the probe.
To maintain credibility, TCS has formed a committee, also led by Keki Mistry, to review investigation findings and oversee the implementation of any recommendations. The company clarified that its Nashik facility remains operational, refuting claims of closure. TCS confirmed that no complaints related to the alleged issues have been found in its internal systems or through ethics and POSH channels.
Emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy towards coercion and misconduct, Krithivasan reiterated TCS’s commitment to employee welfare, safety, and dignity. The company is fully cooperating with law enforcement for a thorough investigation, ensuring support for employees throughout the legal process.
