Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy emphasized the importance of education reforms, stating that quality education is crucial for the progress of underprivileged communities. He highlighted the government’s efforts to enhance educational standards, noting that education has the power to change lives significantly. Telangana became the first state to implement SC categorization following the Supreme Court’s directives, with the Chief Minister acknowledging that categorization alone may not address all issues.
Highlighting the vital role of government employees, the Chief Minister referred to them as essential representatives of the government. He outlined the government’s initiatives under the 99-day Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika program aimed at welfare and development. Stressing the importance of efficient work by government staff, he emphasized the need to ensure the distribution of essential services like ration cards, fine rice, Indiramma housing, and electricity to eligible recipients.
The Chief Minister underscored the financial responsibilities of government employees, emphasizing the need to prevent irregularities and protect public resources. He mentioned the government’s efforts to address issues related to assigned lands, despite limited availability for redistribution. Criticizing the welfare approach of the previous administration, he advocated for empowering individuals to pursue professions like collectors, doctors, engineers, and lawyers for societal progress.
Reiterating his commitment to serving the people, the Chief Minister expressed willingness to support and collaborate with various groups, drawing attention to his inclusive approach to governance. Responding to the various political labels attributed to him, he stated his openness to being identified by different names, emphasizing his dedication to serving all communities and fostering development in Telangana.
