With the diminishing Maoist threat, Anand emphasized the need for strategic redeployment of personnel to address evolving challenges effectively. He stressed the importance of enhancing neglected units and optimizing resources to strengthen the force.
Anand revealed intentions to establish a Traffic Management and Road Safety Bureau to enhance road safety measures and reduce fatalities in response to the alarming rate of road accidents in Telangana. The proposed bureau aims to standardize traffic regulations and enforcement practices across the state.
Acknowledging the need for continuous improvement, Anand pledged to leverage technology and innovation to uphold Telangana Police’s reputation for maintaining law and order. He emphasized the importance of proactive measures to prevent communal incidents and enhance overall operational efficiency.
