In a heartbreaking incident in Kasihwa village, Madhya Pradesh, three siblings, aged three, five, and eight, were tragically killed in a fire that engulfed their home. The children were alone in the house when the fire broke out, as their parents were away for work and errands. Despite efforts by villagers to rescue them, the intense blaze led to a devastating outcome.
The victims, identified as Riddhi Saket, Ragini Saket, and their younger brother, were trapped inside the house, screaming for help as the fire spread rapidly. The local community mourns the loss of the children and questions the fire safety measures in rural households. The fire brigade arrived late, and the house was completely destroyed by the time they reached the scene.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, with villagers suspecting a possible short circuit. Sidhi Collector Vikas Mishra visited the village to offer condolences and support to the grieving family. The Collector assured the family of financial assistance through government welfare schemes and pledged to take strict action if any negligence is found in the incident.
