Panic struck Greater Noida when two laborers were found brutally murdered in an under-construction hostel at the Sitaram Institute in the Knowledge Park Police Station area. The bodies were discovered in a blood-soaked state inside a room on the hostel premises, indicating the use of a sharp-edged weapon in the crime.

The incident caused shockwaves in the area, prompting senior police officials to rush to the scene. Initial investigations revealed that the victims, part of a group of three laborers engaged in gardening work, had been residing in the hostel for two days before the tragedy unfolded.

The crime was uncovered on a Friday morning when colleagues noticed the locked room and the lack of response from inside. Upon entry, they found the two laborers dead in pools of blood and immediately informed the authorities. The Knowledge Park Police Station team arrived, secured the area, and called in forensic experts to gather evidence.

Authorities suspect a personal dispute or old rivalry as potential motives for the murders, although a definitive conclusion is pending further investigation. The third laborer who shared the room with the victims has gone missing since the incident, prompting a search operation to locate him and determine his involvement, if any.

Special investigation teams have been established to swiftly solve the double murder case. CCTV footage from the hostel and surrounding areas is under thorough scrutiny to identify the perpetrators and reconstruct the sequence of events. The heinous crime has instilled fear among laborers and residents in the vicinity.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the culprits promptly.
