Rao pointed out the historical significance of the Purnapul Darwaza, where extremist elements recently defaced idols and banners. He called for a thorough investigation and strict measures against those responsible for the attacks on religious places.
MLA Raja Singh, who visited the Puranapul temple, denounced the vandalism as a deeply disturbing act that offends religious sentiments. He urged authorities to take decisive action to prevent such incidents from escalating and emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and harmony in society. Singh emphasized the collective responsibility of all citizens in ensuring the security of religious sites and upholding the law.
