The theme for this year, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” underscores the significance of yoga for individuals of all ages, promoting not just longevity but also quality of life.
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav highlighted that yoga serves as a universal connection, bridging people across the globe. Meanwhile, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia described yoga as a symbol of India’s rich heritage, uniting the body, mind, and soul seamlessly. He commended the global popularity of yoga under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, noting its role in elevating India’s cultural identity.
