Vice-President C.P. Radhakrishnan is set to speak at the 20th convocation of Mizoram University on Saturday. This event follows his recent attendance at Nagaland University’s eighth convocation in Kohima.
Radhakrishnan, upon his arrival in Aizawl, was welcomed by Mizoram Governor General Vijay Kumar Singh and other officials. He will be the chief guest at the Mizoram University convocation, a central university.
Following the ceremony, Radhakrishnan will head to Tripura to attend the 14th convocation of Tripura University as the chief guest. Elaborate security measures have been put in place for his visit.
