The first phase, held on April 23 across 152 constituencies, witnessed a record voter turnout of 93.19%. Vote counting for the elections is set for May 4.
To ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, a 24×7 Citizen Helpline has been established by Lok Bhavan, West Bengal, which will remain operational until May 10. The helpline aims to assist voters and address any concerns related to the ongoing Assembly election process. Citizens can reach out to the helpline through designated phone numbers or email for any assistance, with a guarantee of handling all communications with sensitivity and confidentiality.
