Contestants Divyanshu from Khesari Lal’s Bhojpuri Bhaukaals and Gunjan from Abhishek Malhan’s Delhi Dominators emerged as the winners of Battleground Season 2. Divyanshu, mentored by Khesari Lal, claimed the male title, embodying the spirit of a true champion. The season, led by superselector Shikhar Dhawan, featured powerhouse teams like Mumbai Strikers, Bhojpuri Bhaukaals, Delhi Dominators, and Telugu Tigers.
Abhishek Malhan, expressing pride in Delhi Dominators’ victory, highlighted the challenges of defending a title. Gunjan’s remarkable consistency and determination throughout the competition led to a well-deserved win. The finale also saw a special appearance by the cast of Lukkhe, including King, Palak Tiwari, and Shivankit Singh Parihar, adding to the electrifying atmosphere.
In a finale filled with emotions, the top two female finalists were Gunjan and Muskaan, while the top two male finalists were Divyanshu and Shiva. The winners, Divyanshu and Gunjan, not only secured the coveted trophy but also received a cash prize of Rs. 5,00,000 each. Reflecting on his journey, Divyanshu emphasized the importance of perseverance and self-discovery in the Battleground House. Gunjan dedicated her win to her supporters and team, acknowledging the mentorship of Fukra Sir.
