As revelations from the Epstein files continue to surface, new details about actor-director Woody Allen have emerged. Despite his public aversion to modern technology, private emails from his wife Soon-Yi Previn to Jeffrey Epstein have shed light on their personal connections. The emails, obtained from the U.S. Department of Justice, show Previn seeking favors and discussing various matters with Epstein. One particular exchange from 2017 reveals Previn expressing gratitude to Epstein for assisting their daughter in gaining admission to Bard College in New York through a personal connection with the school president.
Representatives from Bard College have not yet commented on the matter, but a spokesperson for the school president dismissed Epstein’s claims, labeling him as a habitual liar. The spokesperson clarified that Bechet Allen, the couple’s daughter who graduated in 2021, was admitted based on her own merits, like many other students at the college. Additionally, a separate exchange from 2016 between Previn and Epstein discussed the disgraced politician Anthony Weiner following his conviction for inappropriate conduct with a minor.
