In a tragic incident in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a young couple took their lives by hanging themselves from a tree a day before the girl’s scheduled wedding. The bodies of 19-year-old Sarvendra and 18-year-old Nanhi were discovered hanging from a mango tree in an agricultural field near Kuberpur village. The couple, who had been in a relationship for some time, sent shockwaves through the area.
Nanhi was set to marry on May 7 in the Allapur area of Budaun district, with preparations already in progress at her home. However, on the morning of May 6, villagers found the bodies hanging in the fields, leading to a commotion and a gathering of onlookers.
