Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed concern that all state institutions have weakened under the current coalition government. He highlighted the government’s failure to provide tangible benefits to the public, leading to growing discontent among the people.
Addressing YSRCP representatives and party workers, Jagan emphasized the party’s commitment to supporting students, farmers, youth, and women facing significant challenges. He urged for continued unity and strength in advocating for the people’s welfare.
Jagan pointed out that households are reminiscing about the efficiency of his tenure, where welfare schemes were promptly implemented, promises were kept, and financial aid was consistently distributed. In contrast, he criticized the present government for not fulfilling its commitments, resulting in crises in education, healthcare, agriculture, and law enforcement.
The former Chief Minister highlighted pending issues such as fee reimbursements, deteriorating government schools, weakened healthcare services, lack of support for farmers, and breakdowns in policing and emergency services. Jagan announced plans for weekly meetings with party workers and a new padayatra to address public concerns directly.
