Jammu, April 25 (IANS) Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday spearheaded an anti-drug campaign in Samba district. Leading the campaign in the district, the L-G said: “I assure citizens that we will strike hard against drug networks.
