New Delhi, July 17 (IANS) Former Special Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) Anurag Kumar has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Delhi Police, according to a government notification issued on Friday.A 1994-batch IPS officer of the AGMUT cadre, Kumar succeeds Satish Golcha, a 1992-batch officer, who had assumed charge as Delhi Police Commissioner in August last year.
