Karnataka Expands Partnership with British Council for Rural English Learning

Bengaluru, March 12 (IANS) The Karnataka government, on Thursday, expanded its partnership with the British Council to strengthen English learning and improve library services in rural areas through the state’s Gram Panchayat ‘Arivu Kendras’ (Knowledge Centres).
