Ahmedabad, April 17 (IANS) The Gujarat High Court on Friday dismissed an appeal filed by the Asaram Ashram Trust in a long-running land dispute in the Motera area in Ahmedabad, upholding orders to resume the land and clearing the way for the state government to take possession of more than 45,000 square metres of prime land.A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice D.N.
