Amaravati, Dec 22 (IANS) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday directed the Excise Department to study the sub-lease system of Haryana to curb the menace of ‘belt shops’ or unauthorised liquor outlets in the state.
