Chennai, March 24 (IANS) In a key development ahead of the April 23 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, the AIADMK-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has allotted five Assembly seats to the Tamil Manila Congress (Moopanar), led by G.K.
