Radhakrishnan on Thursday launched the national programme for issuance of Letters of Authorisation (LoAs) for sustainable harnessing of fisheries in the high seas.He presented LoAs for high seas fishing to ten Fish Farmer Producer Organisations (FPPOs) and fishermen from across the country.
