Kathmandu, March 23 (IANS) Nepal has decided to allow solo foreign trekkers to visit designated restricted areas, ending the existing permit system that previously allowed access only to groups. Kolkata, January 11 (IANS) West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on Sunday, condoled the death of Indian Idol 3 winner and native of Darjeeling, Prashant Tamang, who died in Delhi after suffering a cardiac arrest.
