Guwahati, June 16 (IANS) The Assam government has entrusted a group of ministers with venue-specific responsibilities and constituted 13 committees to ensure smooth arrangements for the proposed visit of Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi to the State on July 1, officials said on Tuesday.
