New Delhi, Jan 14 (IANS) The Lokpal of India has dismissed a complaint alleging acquisition of disproportionate assets (DA) against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, holding that no case was made out either against the public servant or his wife, who is an independent professional and not a public servant.
