Guwahati, April 18 (IANS) The Indian Army’s Red Horns Division under the Gajraj Corps on Saturday conducted a joint flood relief exercise, ‘Exercise Jal Rahat’, at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati to strengthen inter-agency coordination and disaster response capabilities in flood-prone regions, officials said.
