Chandigarh, Jan 22 (IANS) In the run-up to the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation polls, INDIA bloc partners the Congress and AAP on Thursday parted ways and will be contesting the mayoral elections separately, said AAP leader Anurag Dhanda.
