New Delhi, Feb 26 (IANS) The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notice to the Centre and the Election Commission of India (ECI) on a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking imposition of a ceiling on election expenditure incurred by political parties.A bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant, and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M.
