Kolkata, April 3 (IANS) Mofakkarul Islam, the mastermind behind the harassment of judicial adjudication officers at Kaliachak in West Bengal’s Malda district, was arrested at Bagdogra airport in Darjeeling district on Friday while trying to escape from the state.
