Jaipur, April 21 (IANS) Rajasthan’s Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel on Tuesday announced that the inauguration of the Pachpadra Refinery has been temporarily postponed due to technical reasons, following a leakage incident at the facility.
