Aizawl, Feb 26 (IANS) Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Thursday presented a Rs 17,469.91 crore budget for the financial year 2026-27 in the Assembly, with a strong emphasis on social infrastructure, connectivity, and the agriculture sector.
