Bhubaneswar, July 1 (IANS) The Odisha Cabinet on Wednesday approved 12 key proposals, including the landmark new scheme “Gyanodaya – Prosperity through Education” scheme, aiming to ensure free education for students from Kindergarten (KG) to Postgraduate (PG) level.
