Bengaluru, July 20 (IANS) Amid stiff Opposition from the BJP and JD(S), which have accused the state government of politicising the voter verification exercise, the Karnataka government on Monday launched a door-to-door campaign to distribute free caste certificates and permanent residence certificates across the state.
