Ahmedabad, June 8 (IANS) The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has completed and allotted more than 21,000 affordable homes to economically weaker families and has submitted proposals for nearly 24,000 additional housing units under the second phase of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), as the civic body scales up its efforts to address urban housing demand in Gujarat’s largest city.
