Bengaluru, Jan 31 (IANS) Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council, Chalavadi Narayanaswamy, alleged that Congress leaders have deliberately convened a special session in Karnataka to oppose the Viksit Bharat Guarantee Rozgar Ajeevika Mission (VB-G RAM G).
