The Court questioned why these animals are not cared for at home instead of being left in places where they pose risks. It emphasized the need to address the issue of stray animals congregating in public areas for safety reasons.
The Court stressed the importance of dealing with any harassment faced by women who feed stray dogs under criminal law. It suggested that individuals willing to feed stray dogs should consider taking them into their homes or providing proper care, rather than allowing them to gather in public places.
