Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh recently attempted cliff jumping for the first time, sharing her experience on social media. It took her about 20 minutes to gather the courage to take the leap, capturing the adrenaline-filled moment in a video on her Instagram.
Reflecting on the experience, Fatima described the intense moments just before jumping, noting the mix of fear and adrenaline. Despite initial hesitation, she ended up jumping four times, realizing that it was the stories in her head that had been holding her back, not the jump itself.
In a post, Fatima shared her insights, emphasizing that the fear disappeared once she took the leap, highlighting the importance of overcoming self-imposed mental barriers. She also included the song “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” by Pink Floyd as the background score for the video.
On the professional front, Fatima recently portrayed the character of Minni in the romantic film “Gustaakh Ishq,” produced by Manish Malhotra’s Stage5 Productions. The movie, which also stars Vijay Varma, Naseeruddin Shah, and Sharib Hashmi, had a theatrical release on November 28, 2025.
