Actress Saba Azad highlighted the ongoing struggle for ambitious women in society despite progress being discussed. She emphasized that women often face challenges in being accepted due to societal norms favoring men. The system is structured to support men’s success, requiring women to exert extra effort to establish themselves.

Saba expressed that women are frequently required to work harder to prove their capabilities, especially in a patriarchal society where quick judgments are made. She noted that women face scrutiny both professionally and personally, needing to constantly validate their choices and actions. The societal expectations on women are vast, intensifying their daily challenges.

Addressing the issue of male ego feeling threatened by strong women, Saba pointed out the prevailing patriarchal framework in society. Men, conditioned to believe in their superiority, may struggle when confronted with empowered women. Saba advocated for acknowledging these realities to foster growth and change, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning from strong women who exhibit remarkable multitasking abilities and emotional resilience.
