Vidya, in a previous post, highlighted the importance of a healthy yet budget-friendly diet. She shared a video preparing a nutritious brunch with sourdough bread and wholesome ingredients. The actress, an early riser, starts her day at 6 AM, beginning with a nutritious combination of small laddoos made from Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Moringa goli in coconut oil.
Revealing her daily routine, Vidya consumes homemade ghee sattu jaggery laddoo before her morning yoga sessions. She follows her workout with Ash gourd juice, coconut water, or a refreshing juice blend at 9 AM. Additionally, she includes soaked nuts, fruits, and a protein shake in her morning diet. Vidya maintains a balanced eating schedule, having lunch between 1 PM and 2 PM, and dinner at 6 PM, consisting of besan chilla stuffed with veggies and tofu, accompanied by mint chutney. Her day ends early, with bedtime at 10 PM and waking up naturally between 4:30-5:30 AM.
