With an eagle, five birdies, and three bogeys on the second day, the Jaipur-based golfer surged ahead as the sole leader at the INR 25 lakh event.
Jujhar Singh and Santosh Kumar shared the second spot at two-under 142, while Sunny Singh and Arjun Bhati were tied for fourth at one-under 143. The cut was set at six-over 150, allowing the top 43 players to advance.
In Greater Noida, Saptak Talwar triumphed over Rashid Khan in a second-round singles match at the Jaypee Greens Golf Course. Talwar’s Mumbai Aces secured nine points against Kolkata Classics, bringing their total to 11 points.
