Bharatiya Janata Party’s National Joint General Secretary (Organisation), Shiv Prakash, emphasized the significance of the ‘Pandit Deendayal Training Maha Abhiyan’ as a demonstration of the party’s organizational growth and dedication to fostering positive societal changes. The training session held in Indore marked the third in Madhya Pradesh, following previous sessions in Bhopal and Jabalpur.
During the session, Shiv Prakash stressed the need to empower workers for strengthening the party organization, stating that trained workers are crucial for organizational enhancement. He highlighted the importance of meticulous preparation and effective communication in training sessions to convey the party’s ideology to grassroots workers. The ongoing campaign aims to train around eight million workers nationwide, focusing on imparting knowledge about the party’s principles, organizational strategies, and public relations.
Shiv Prakash, along with other senior BJP leaders like Madhya Pradesh BJP President Hemant Khandelwal and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, addressed the training session in Indore. Khandelwal emphasized the role of training in the party’s success, attributing the BJP’s achievements in elections and governance to its distinctive ideology and operational methods. The leaders shared their experiences with the party workers, underlining the party’s commitment to continuous learning and development.
