Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath criticized the Opposition for creating a narrative about an energy crisis in the state. He highlighted the challenges faced during the previous Samajwadi Party government’s tenure, where electricity supply was irregular. Adityanath assured that the current government is focused on ensuring a stable power supply across Uttar Pradesh.
Contrasting the past with the present, CM Yogi emphasized the BJP-led government’s efforts to provide uninterrupted electricity and promptly address technical issues. He mentioned that the state is working diligently to maintain consistent power supply, even during potential disruptions. Adityanath urged citizens to support the Power Corporation during challenges, emphasizing shared responsibility in resolving the crisis.
During his address, Adityanath also addressed incidents of public property theft and vandalism. He shared an incident captured by CCTV cameras where the owner of a luxury car allegedly stole a flower pot from a public area. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of protecting public assets and encouraged citizens to refrain from damaging or stealing public property.
