Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has called for an apology from AAP leaders for their personal attacks on Education Minister Ashish Sood. Sachdeva criticized the AAP leaders for their changing stances and emphasized the need for maintaining ethical standards in politics.
Sachdeva highlighted that AAP leaders initially accused Minister Sood of assigning teachers to count dogs, but when the Minister refuted this with evidence, they resorted to personal attacks. He condemned the derogatory remarks made by AAP leaders and urged them to either provide evidence or apologize to the Minister.
Furthermore, BJP Spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor defended Minister Sood, emphasizing his humble background, simple lifestyle, and dedication to serving all residents, including those from unauthorized colonies. Kapoor vouched for Minister Sood’s integrity and inclusive approach towards colleagues and residents.
