The film ‘Saraswathi’, marking Varalaxmi Sarathkumar’s directorial debut, has unveiled the first look of actor Prakash Raj’s character named Ramanujam, a lawyer in the movie. Production house Dosa Diaries shared behind-the-scenes clips of Prakash Raj on set, expressing gratitude for his role in the film. Varalaxmi also thanked Prakash Raj for his involvement in the project.
Varalaxmi recently announced the completion of the film’s shooting, expressing gratitude to the entire team for their contributions. The movie, produced by Varalaxmi and her sister Pooja under Dosa Diaries, features a star-studded cast including Prakash Raj, Priya Mani, Radhikaa Sarathkumar, and Naveen Chandra.
Apart from Varalaxmi, the film boasts a strong technical team with renowned music director Thaman composing the music. Cinematography is handled by Edwin Sakay, editing by Venkat Raajen, art direction by Sudheer, and dance choreography by Brinda. Sources hint that ‘Saraswathi’ will be a gripping new age thriller, promising an engaging cinematic experience.
On a separate note, Varalaxmi is set to appear in a Hollywood film alongside Jeremy Irons, expressing her excitement to work with the Academy Award-winning actor. She described the experience as surreal and a dream come true, given Irons’ esteemed reputation in global cinema.
