Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has declared its intention to persist in targeting Israeli and US bases throughout the Middle East until it deems the threat of war against Iran to be eliminated. The IRGC emphasized its focus on the enemy’s complete surrender, as stated in a release on its official outlet, Sepah News.
The IRGC asserted that its recent wave of attacks, including missile and drone strikes, targeted various US installations in Kuwait and Bahrain, as well as military sites in Israel. These actions were in response to previous joint US-Israeli strikes on Iranian cities, resulting in casualties among Iranian military and civilian personnel.
In a retaliatory move, Iran’s army conducted drone strikes on key Israeli military facilities, prompting warnings of further retaliation against US and Israeli financial institutions. The recent attack on Bank Sepah in Tehran, which resulted in casualties among employees, has escalated tensions, with Iran’s military command signaling readiness for continued hostilities.
