Karnataka BJP has accused the Congress-led government of transforming the state from an IT hub to a “drugs park.” State BJP General Secretary V. Sunil Kumar criticized the government in the Assembly, highlighting instances of drug-related activities being uncovered in the state.

Sunil Kumar pointed out specific cases where drug factories were detected by police from other states, raising concerns about the deteriorating law and order situation. He alleged that the state’s reputation has been tarnished by the prevalence of drug mafia activities, emphasizing the need for stronger enforcement measures.

The BJP leader criticized the government for what he perceived as a selective application of the law, citing examples of differential treatment of political leaders and ordinary citizens. He questioned the government’s handling of various incidents and accused Congress leaders of exploiting their positions for personal gain.
