Newly married couple Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have planned to conduct ‘Annadanam’ in temples nationwide on Sunday to mark their recent nuptials. Additionally, they will be dispatching trucks loaded with sweets to various parts of the country in honor of their marriage. The duo expressed their gratitude to the people of India for their support and announced their intention to share this special occasion with everyone through these gestures.
The distribution of sweets will take place in multiple cities, including Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and many others. Furthermore, the makers of their upcoming film “Ranabaali” released a sneak peek of the wedding song ‘Endhayya Saami’ from the movie. In the film, Vijay will portray the character Ranabaali, while Rashmika will play his on-screen wife, Jayamma. Actor Arnold Vosloo, recognized for his role in ‘The Mummy’, will take on the part of the antagonist Sir Theodore Hector.
“Ranabaali” is said to be inspired by real events from the 1850s that are not widely known. This project marks the first film where Vijay and Rashmika will be seen together post their marriage, following their appearances in “Geetha Govindam” and “Dear Comrade.”
