Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, as part of his ongoing Samriddhi Yatra, visited Buxar and Bhojpur districts to kickstart numerous development projects. In Buxar, he laid the foundation for 23 schemes worth Rs 486 crore and inaugurated 41 projects worth Rs 106 crore, emphasizing his dedication to the region’s progress.
During his visit, CM Nitish Kumar engaged with various government departments’ stalls exhibiting welfare initiatives and interacted with beneficiaries, distributing cheques under different schemes. At a public gathering in the Qila Maidan complex, he highlighted his government’s developmental accomplishments over the past two decades and stressed the importance of collective efforts for Bihar’s prosperity.
Moving to Bhojpur district, the Chief Minister initiated 227 schemes worth Rs 269 crore and unveiled 494 projects worth Rs 197 crore, underlining the government’s focus on infrastructure development and inclusive growth. Addressing a large audience at the Agriculture Produce Market Committee complex, he reiterated the commitment to welfare delivery and overall progress through the ‘Jan Samvad’ program.
The Samriddhi Yatra serves as a significant outreach effort by CM Nitish Kumar to engage with the public, review ongoing projects, and boost development in Bihar. Notable attendees at the event included Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Water Resource Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, and other dignitaries, reflecting the importance of the initiative.
